Knives of 2025

Knives of 2025 showcases all the knives for this year. Had a great time being "Down Under", but happy to be back doing what I love - Creating Custom Knives.

No name yet (open to suggestions!). I might go with something inspired by New Zealand… we’ll see. Specs on this one: 3.25” blade, 4.5” closed length, with multiple deployment options—front flipper, standard flipper, and thumb stud. Now for the steel—this one’s rocking the new CPM Proto, developed by @knifesteelnerds and generously sent my way by @thomas_knives. It’s part of the MagnaCut family, with boosted edge retention.

The Gent with an ocean theme. Fossilized Whale Vertebrae paired with Aqua Crosscut Paper Micarta. Zirc clip and backspacer
Nevada Jr with @fatcarbon Polar White carbon fiber, mother of pearl Inlays, darkened titanium accents, and a hand rubbed AEB-L blade.

Utah! I love how it’s turning out. Cumai high carbon blade @dillweed6901 with black / orange paper micarta scales and blackened ti clip to lose it out.
Nevada Jr features vintage blue paper micarta with some whale vertebrae spliced in to the mix. Hand rubbed AEB-L blade, timascus backspacer and clip to bring it all together

Nocki Show - New Orleans Mar 15
Switch flipper dressed in vintage X-cut natural brown canvas micarta with mother of pearl inlays. You may notice the thin red line that I added to create a bolster effect

New Mexico with zirc and black timascus.
Featuring Copper-Damascus from @dillweed6901 , polished Zirc and rare vintage G3 glass scales that were manufactured in the 50’s-60’s

Arizona dressed in Mammoth
Podium V2 with classic Westinghouse Ivorite paired with X cut carbon fiber. MagnaCut hand rubbed blade along with black timascus backspacer and clip.

Utah frame lock with darkened titanium and mother of pearl underlays. Black Timascus extras and a hand rubbed AEB-L blade.
Hardline 3 - Jared V design that I wanted to bring it back in to the build rotation. For this one I tried something different for me and hand cut and fitted some camo G10 and denim for the scales/ bolsters. I added matching denim pivot cap, backspacer, and blackened ti bits. Finishing off with a hand rubbed CTS-XHP blade

The Arizona Kraken black timascus/cross cut carbon fiber. This was a fun and challenging build as most of my knife builds are.
Nevada Jr with red shred carbon fiber and mother of pearl inlays

Podium V2 with vintage blue paper/ whale cartilage scales. Timascus back spacer and clip. I added abalone in to the pivot screw to tie it all together.
